DaySpring is licensed by the State of Michigan as a Home for the Aged and first opened its doors in May 2000. DaySpring caters to the personal needs of up to 48 residents and offers personal assistances as needed. DaySpring exists to enrich the lives of older adults by partnering with them to maintain their independence and dignity. It also enhances the lives of family members by assisting them to find peace of mind through loving support and education.
Agape Home Assisted Living
Agape Home Assisted Living is located in Fruitport Township approximately 4 miles Northeast of The Lakes Mall. Agape Home is licensed by the State of Michigan as an Adult Foster Care Home and first opened its doors in May 1989. Agape Home provides assistance and care for up to 20 residents. It's located off a country road on a 5 acre wooded, residential area of Fruitport. For those that like country living, Agape Home is the place to be. Our goal at Agape Home is to provide older adults excellence in accommodations, services, and an enjoyable living experience.
