DayBreak Adult Day Care
DayBreak Adult Day Services is a day care program for older adults prividing social programs, Alzheimer's day care, and adult day health care. All of these daytime programs are designed for seniors who maybe physically, mentally or functionally impaired and require some level of care and/or require companionship, supervision or can benefit from stimulating activities.

There are plenty of opportunities to have fun during the many activities and special events that the participants enjoy throughout the day.
Dining at DayBreak is a great experience!
Participants enjoy a nutritionally packed and tasty meal prepared by our culinary team led by Amy Mueller. It's during this time that a lot of friendships a made.
Socialization
Our participants spend most of the day socializing with one another during activities, social events and during the meal time. There's never a dull moment at DayBreak.
