Independent Living Apartments

DaySpring offers more than just an apartment to live in…we’re a close-knit group of new neighbors and friends who care about one another.

Gathering together daily in the community dining room offers a wonderful opportunity for socialization.  The Life Enrichment program of scheduled activities allows you even more opportunity to enjoy socializing with others and participating in meaningful activities.

Successful independent living is all about choice, dignity and quality of life. Active, socially engaging environments help tenants retain health and a general sense of purpose. That is why providing a combination of comfortable accommodations, access to engaging activities and the best care are so important to us. The programs, outings and opportunities offered to our tenants promote fulfillment and are designed specifically to meet their wide-ranging interests, needs and abilities.

Care-free Lifestyle

At DaySpring, we have created a lifestyle that offers interaction and privacy.  Our tenants enjoy the social benefits of eating lunch together in our intimate dining room, participating in various scheduled group activities such as Bible study, exercise time, and men’s group, and getting together for scheduled group outings to such places as Meijer Gardens in Grand Rapids, The Lakes Mall, and even to Lake Michigan for a stroll on the pier.

Your New Home

Each of our tenants has a washer and dryer in their own apartments, their own private patio or deck, complete control of the temperature in their “home”, walk-in, barrier-free showers with a folding seat and a large, fully furnished kitchen with a dishwasher and upper cupboards that have been lowered for easier accessibility.

Your New Neighborhood

A wonderful convenience of DaySpring Independent Living Apartments is the location in a quiet, wooded area within walking distance to the new Tanglewood Park Senior Center, Walmart and Meijer, churches, retail shops, restaurants, doctor and dentist offices, a movie theater, Norton Shores Library, and Mona Lake. There is also easy access off of US-31 and Seaway Drive (Business Loop 31).
