"Dear DaySpring Family, Thank you for the wonderfull basket. Your kindness is appreciated!".  Betty, resident

"Dear Mike and Staff, I wanted you to know what a nice time everyone had at the picnic last Thursday.  I was very impressed with DaySpring from my first meeting last Fall. And even more so when Julie and Alice came to my house to evaluate my Dad. But last Thursday I was more than impressed with DaySpring---I was touched.  The genuine love and care that the staff shows and gives to the residents is very moving to see. Especially to those that had no family members there, and were encouraged and helped to participate.  Kudos, too, to Cindy who makes sure everybody is involved everyday as well.  I am so glad that Deb at DayBreak suggested I look into your facility. My father loves his new home!  PS. is it too early to reserve a room for me in 20 years (haha)?".   Loise, resident family member

"Dana, Just a note to say how much your thoughtful sponsorship of the 2008 Rall for the Cure was appreciated.  The event was a huge success and the participants were delighted with the prizes, food, decorations and golf course.  Again my sincerest thank you".  Mary Ann, community member

"Dear Rick, Just a note to tell you it was a good time at the Senior Social in Hackley Park today.  I want you to know "your booth" for DaySpring, the employees, the brownies and fudge, and the colorful shopping bags----all were super!  As always, DaySPring was a class act!  You and your staff put a lot of thought into the involvment of this event and it really showed.  May you forever be blessed for your care and compassion for us seniors!".  Marilyn, community member

"Dear Mr. Ebeling, This letter will serve to recognize the excellent service given to my Mother-In-Law during her final days on earth while I was an active caregiver.  I have been a professional member of hospice organizations since National Hospice Organization's conception in 1081.  My expectations for my Mother-In-Law's care were very high due to my experience, and the DaySpring staff never failed my expectations.  I commend your staff i the professionalism, compassionate and speed that they responded to me during her end stage.  She was always managed effectively to her comfort and care.  Your staff also listened to me and made me a part of the team of care.  As her death approached, I was never alone nor unsupported.  On Saturday, June and Maeshell never left me alone.  Maeshell's shift ended at 10:30pm and she stayed with me until 11:40pm.  June came by on Sunday (her off shift) to see me for comfort.  Amanda, who was not working that day, came in with me from 10:00pm Saturday until 2:00am Sunday morning.  Alice came over at 12:15am to provide support after the death and helped close the file.  On Sunday afternoon, Marti took me out to see your beautiful lake while eating ice cream sundae, which was so relaxing after 4 days without any sleep.  DaySpring Assisted Living and Independent Living Apartments staff made a challenging time pleasant and peaceful.  I sincerely appreciated my time with your facility".  Marion, family member

"I really don't know where to begin to thank each and every one of you who cared for my Mom and Dad.  They were both treated with respect and dignity, and most of all--Love.  My Dad is now finally at peace in his heavenly home.  There will always be an empty spot in my heart but I know I'll see hem again one day. With heartfelt appreciation to everyone at DaySpring!".  Barb, family member

"What a blessing you were with my situation with my Dad!  The Lord placed you in my path, for such a time as that.  Thank you so much!  And may the Lord richly bless you for all you've done!  Thanks for the nice card, also".  Margaret, family member

"Your kindness and sympathy are more deeply appreciated than any words of thanks can ever express.  Thank you for joining us at the services.  I know my parents have appreciated all the support at DaySpring. Nora, family member
